Fig-stuffed pork loin

Turn on the oven to 450F (232C)

Ingredients

pork loin
Dried figs in red wine
salt
pepper
chopped fresh rosemarry

Bake at 450F (232C) till the meat browns, reduce the heat to 350F (176C), cook for about 45 minutes. MAke sure the liquid in the pan doesn't dry out.
